  • Pour 8 ounces (230 g) of tea leaves. Place your chosen loose leaf tea (black, green, or fruit tea) inside a pitcher or jar.
  •  Pour 9 cups of water on tea leaves and give a stir.
  • Steeping Time: Allow the tea to steep for the recommended time. Steep your tea leaves for 6 to 12 hours to create a smooth, vibrant flavor.
  • Strain : Once steeped, remove the tea leaves.
  • Concentrate will stay fresh up to 12 days.
  • Make a 6 to 1 ratio, mix 6 parts water, sparkling water to 1 part tea concentrate.
